What has become of years of data from my stocks, bonds, savings and checking accounts?

All of the data from my stock accounts has disappeared!!!! I can not find the data. I cannot check to see how my investments are doing.

I hate the new way Quicken is showing my checking and savings accounts. It's taken a great deal of time this morning trying to figure this out.

Why did this Change? If the change cannot be undone, where is my data?

Q Web is NOT a replacement for the desktop products. It only goes back so far. All of your data should still be in Q on your desktop … is it not?

I am experiencing an issue too. Logged into Web app and did a few things. Probably hadn't been on the Web version for more than a year. Go back to the desktop version and my file is completely jacked. I've got previous years transactions showing up, unreconciled. I've had my Huntington accounts for decades. The Classic for Windows app isn't showing anything for that checking account before 2024. It is a complete CF and I have to wonder if something with the Web App/Mobile App didn't go terribly wrong. This is across multiple accounts with multiple banks and credit card companies. It will take me days to get this back to where it should be after restoring a backup.
