Bank of Hawaii downloads additional verification needed

When connecting to Bank of Hawaii I receive a message that additional verification is needed. The only option is to send a text message to a unknown number (only last 4 digits displayed). If I attempt to reconnect the account and enter my username and password the same message appears with what appears to be a dropdown menu of phone numbers, but the only choice is the same unknown number. My last succesful connection was 2/1/2026
