I have been searching and I cannot find a way to post a question. Generally, after searching I eventually find it, not this time. 😥 Please why make it so hard to find?

The New Post blob has a + sign before I click on it. It is pinned to the top of the page, it does not float.

Whether you see a floating + button in the lower right or a non-floating New Post at the top right depends entirely on the width of your browser window. If too narrow, then the floating + button; wider, then the non-floating New Post.
