One Step Update - The server is not responding correctly. Please try again later.

When doing a one-step update or retrieving quotes, I am getting "One Step Update - The server is not responding correctly. Please try again later." This has been happening for two days.

If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest you do the following:

Close Quicken
Shutdown Windows and power down your PC/laptop
Power down and reboot your Internet router. Wait for it to fully restart (may take a few minutes)
Power up and reboot your computer
Wait for Windows to fully wake up and do what it usually does when starting. Give it 10 minutes or so
Start Quicken.
Go to Edit /Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.

Now try to run another One Step Update.
