I have been using Quicken for probably 30 years. I was trying to pull up a business summary report of income and expense categories for the past year. It is only picking up amounts from January 1 to late February of 2025. I have tried using custom dates but no luck. I updated the system and made no difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is this the "base" business report … or one that you customized and memorized previously?

Are all of your applicable transactions linked to BUSINESS tax lines? That's how Q knows to include a transaction on a business report, and any transactions NOT linked to business tax lines are presumed to be personal.

Also, did you make sure to include ALL accounts, especially including any new accounts you've created.

It is a very simple report that I have used for several years. I double checked all of the accounts and categories and they are exactly what i am wanting. The report that appears has all the accounts and categories I need but it doesn't include transactions on any category past late February. I tried making a new report with the same accounts and categories I was using but had the same result. It's almost like it is programmed not to go past February.

It really sounds as if you're pulling a report for January 1 to late February of 2026. Double check your date entries.
