Market Value Discrepancy

Market value on top right of fund screen is different than register value.

Using:

Quicken Classic Premier 8.4.2, MAC OS 26.2

Fidelity account

Register values for this fund show correct values for individual holdings (price, qty, etc.) and agree with Fidelity web site amounts.

Fidelity cash holdings are correct and in a fidelity cash reserve fund.

Market value amount in register is correct and matches the Fidelity web site.

Market value numbers on top right corner and sidebar value are the same BUT DO NOT MATCH the market value in the register. The difference is greater than $14k.

This is not the only Fidelity fund to have this discrepancy yet other fidelity funds have the correct values.

Where do I start looking for the issue? I've already verified the quantities and closing prices of the individual holdings.

You mentioned that your register values for this fund show correct details for individual holdings (price, quantity, etc.). Could you compare your portfolio in Quicken with your Fidelity account to confirm the totals?
Please check the cash or money market fund balances in Quicken to see if they align with your statements.
Have you reached out to Fidelity regarding this discrepancy? If so, what information did they provide?

when reconciling a Fidelity Cash Management Account (CMA), the balance is always exactly off by the amount being held in the equity portion of the account. I usually just accept the adjustment and then delete the adjustment. Can we get this anomaly fixed?

Fidelity change something?

It's possible that Fidelity changed something. I'd recommend contacting Fidelity to confirm.

Today, a whole slew of Fidelity Cash Reserve purchases came through during the update/sync with Fidelity. Going back to the first of the year.

Did these downloaded transactions correct the issues you reported earlier in this discussion, or is this unrelated?
