I have a Discover Bank (online savings) account. When I attempt to switch to the new connection method and authorize, I get sent to the Discover Card web page. I can't login or authorize the connection there.

This was solved by changing the Account Type from Credit Card to Savings Account on the Discover website. My password security app was auto filling the required fields and submitting my credentials before I had a chance to notice the account type. However, it should be noted that all the dialogs presented by Quicken before authorizing at the Discover website mention Discover Card even though the account is Savings. I did have the account hidden in Quicken so that was accurate.

To clarify, you were able to resolve the issue by changing information on Discover's website?
In Quicken, it will show Discover Card as the connection option, since other connection options were consolidated under the Discover Card option.
