Prosperity Bank Not Connecting
For the last several days I have not been able to connect to Prosperity Bank in order to download transactions.
I keep getting an OL-295-A error message. I finally tried both 'resetting' and 'deactivating' and neither worked. Now I cannot connect back to the bank at all.
Logging into my account at the bank via a web browser works without issue.

Can someone at Quicken please look into this.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. They may ask to collect your download log files, for review and possible escalation to the download service provider.

I called the Prosperity Bank Support number and they restarted their Quicken server. I am able to connect and download again. Seems like they were not aware of there being an issue.
