For the last several days I have not been able to connect to Prosperity Bank in order to download transactions.
I keep getting an OL-295-A error message. I finally tried both 'resetting' and 'deactivating' and neither worked. Now I cannot connect back to the bank at all.
Logging into my account at the bank via a web browser works without issue.
