CC-501 for multiple accounts this morning
CC-501 for credits cards: Discover, Exxon, Chase, Citi, Visa, MasterCard, and Fidelity Investments.
A few updates worked correctly: TD Bank, Wells Fargo, Discover Bank, PayPal.
Tried it 3 times with the same failures.

A CC-501 (sometimes shown as “It’s not your fault”) generally means Quicken is temporarily blocked from connecting to the financial institution, and this is most often caused by an issue on the bank’s side rather than anything in your file or setup.
Since you’re seeing this across multiple credit card providers at the same time, it does point to a broader, temporary connectivity disruption rather than individual account problems.
What to do next:
- Please wait about 24 hours, then try updating again.
- If the CC-501 error is still occurring after that, the next step would be to contact Quicken Support, as they may need to review your log files to help identify and escalate the issue if needed.
