Mortgage Account Stopped Updating Transfer Amounts

I am seeking help with problem with an auto posting of a transfer to my mortgage account. I have been using Quicken for over 20 years and have not experienced this problem before.

I am using a PC with Windows 11 and a Quicken Subscription.

I setup a new mortgage account 3 1/2 year ago. I set it up to automatically record principal payments transferred from an existing money market account in Quicken on the first of every month via a scheduled transfer. The transfer also splits out interest and escrow amounts to their proper accounts. This transfer does not involve going online to get data from a financial institution. All has worked perfectly until 1/1/2025 when the transfer stopped posting in the mortgage account. The transfers still show properly in the money market account which I reconcile monthly. On the Mortgage Account Payment Details screen, the register shows the scheduled monthly entry every month up to the current month, 2/1/2026 including:

A. The transaction Date

B. The payee

c. The category account

d. A memo

HOWEVER,

e. The Decrease and Amount columns are blank starting on 1/1/2025 where prior to this date these columns are populated with the scheduled monthly transfer.

f. The Balance column remains the same each month after 12/1/2024 (the last complete posting) since the decrease and amount columns are blank.

It is almost like the mortgage account is stuck at 1/1/2025. I have done all I can think to refresh the transactions so they resume posting but have had no success.

When I try to manually populate the Mortgage Account Payment Details register by entering directly into the Decrease column, a popup tells me that I must "Go to the matching transfer" which I do and it takes me to the proper Split Transaction screen for the scheduled transfer from my money market account. All of the transfer values are correct so I hit the OK button but nothing updates on the Mortgage Account Payment Details register.

I would greatly appreciate any words of wisdom.
