Quick Pay - Citi Card payment address not available
Attempting to pay my Citi Card using Quick Pay. When trying to set up the quick pay address, first it asks for your card number and zip code, and then search results in 8 payment addresses for Citi Cards, but none of which are the mailing address on my statement, which is City of Industry, CA. Can I just use any address?

Hello @amram,
Thank you for reaching out! The listed addresses are to help make sure you're sending to the correct department in CitiBank. Even though they're all part of the same financial institution, sending to an incorrect department could result in longer processing times before the payment posts or could result in the payment being returned.
If you're unable to find an option which reflects the correct address for Citi per your statement, then I recommend that you reach out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance since they have access to tools we can't access on the Community and they're able to escalate the issue as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.
Depending on when the bill is due, you may want to pay via alternative means, such as using your bank's bill pay or paying directly through the biller's website, to avoid any penalties or fees while working with Support to resolve the issue.
I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!
Quicken Kristina
