Quicken pushed an update on February 13. I now show that I'm on Version: R66.12 Build: 27.1.66.12
This update auto-created a bill reminder without even prompting me. I cannot interact with that bill reminder (delete, skip, edit, etc.) at all.
Now, if I click on the Bills & Income tab, Quicken just hangs.
I Validated my file, and it says it deleted a schedule transaction: "1 damaged scheduled transactions deleted". However the reminder does not delete.
Before you post the canned response about rebooting, copying my file, or any of the other unhelpful suggestions, please ask your developers why their latest software update auto-created a bill reminder in my file. This definitely has nothing to do with bug-fixes.
