I'm trying to log in to Verizon visa card/synchrony bank with my quicken account [Edited]
I have a MacOS Tahoe, version 26.2. I just got the Verizon visa card on 2/10/2026 and have been trying ever since to put it in the quicken account. I talked to your agent on 2/13 and gave him a screen shot and we reported it to quicken. I have Quicken Classic Deluxe. He said you have had other reports about problems with synchrony bank hookups. Thank you for any help in this matter and happy new year

To confirm whether your case is related, please first make sure you can successfully sign in on the bank’s website. After that, try connecting the account in Quicken again by copying and pasting the exact same login credentials.
