My 401k information from John Hancock downloads the balance information but it shows as zero in Quicken. I have tried to delete the account and reconfigure but no luck. I am at a loss.
Hello @LarryT9999,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, when you said delete the account and reconfigure, do you mean you deactivated it and reconnected, or do you mean you completely deleted that account and all associated transaction data in your Quicken?
I look forward to your reply!
I had similar issues. I disconnected the service and started downloading the Quicken files from the JH website, which you can find under Review→ Statements → Download.
PErsonally I would highly recommend going this route from a financial perspective. In my experience JH is not very transparant in their fees, and by manually importing their statement they are very clear to spot. Been with them for less then 2 years now through my employer and they credited a total of $500 in misc. charges that I disputed.
