One Step Update Hangs Up
Three days ago, I started having a problem running one step update. The update starts, then locks up Quicken to the point where I need to shut it down using the Task Manager. Tech support wasn't much help so I am wondering if the one step update feature is no longer available. My subscription is coming up for renewal, therefore, I need to know if I need to hunt for an alternative to Quicken.

One Step Update is most definitely still available.
SO, first step is to see if you can isolate an account, or perhaps a Financial Institution, that's having the problem.
SO, for each account which you download into, go to that account and click the Gear icon in the upper right corner and click "Update now" or "Update transactions", which ever appears.
Even when you find an offending account, continue with the rest just to make sure you've got all.
Then, go to TOOLS, Account List and tell us what's in the 'Transaction Download" and "Financial Institution" column next to that/those account(s).
When you come back with that info, we can proceed further.
