How about staffing the support function 24 x 7? And with actual, real humans, not with your useless so-called AI agents. Point of fact, I am looking forward to the time in probably a year or less when I can use AI to write a Quicken replacement!
People use Quicken at all hours of the week.
Human support ONLY during a 12 hr window M-F may work for the corporate world but Quicken isn't a corporate product! Sheese.
