Budget view customization

Because I want to track my expenses against my budget regularly, I have replaced the Startup screen from the dashboard to the Budget screen for this purpose (absent custom reports allowed on the dashboard). The issue here is the Budget screen always expands all of the category groups and categories automatically: it does not default to my last customized view (I like a couple expanded but the rest collapsed), nor does it give me the option to default to all collapsed.

Even more annoyingly, when I progress forward or backwards through the (graph view; monthly) screens using the navigation arrows at the top, even if I collapsed the current month's screen, the next month's view has them all expanded again. At the very least, I would prefer if each month retained the view I just clicked through setting up on the current month's view. Even better if Quicken could remember my last screen's setup and retain that by default.

Seems like a very simple option to develop for a large ROI for end users.
