One Step Update is still not working

I have tried suspending One Drive updating while using Quicken and I have run the Validate and Repair function and corrected any damaged transactions, but the One Step update still hanges (never finishes). But all my security quotes get updated, but none of the transactions for bank, credit card or investment accounts. Any suggestions?

As an experiment, try downloading from one institution at a time, using the Gear icon in the upper right of the account register.

That will assist in identifying the issue and the institution. When you identify the culprit, write down what happens (especially including any error codes or messages) and continue with the rest just in case there are multiple.

Also, your Q data file should NEVER be in a OneDrive controlled folder, as OD interferes with Q's use of it's own database. Instead, move your data file to a non-OD folder and direct your backups to an OD folder.

Lastly, what BUILD of Q are you running? This info is at HELP, About Quicken.
