Discover Card Issue

I have tried to reauthorize my Discover Card accounts in Quicken and have followed the instructions provided by Quicken. I was able to reauthorize my wife's card, but not mine. When I try to reauthorize my account, I receive the following message from the Discover website:

I have called the number and talked with customer service and web support at Discover. They say nothing is showing as a problem on their end. They say this issue on Quicken's side?

I am on release R65.29

Any ideas?
