NEW! 2/13/26 Discover - "Page not Available" error with contact info

We are receiving reports that users who are attempting to migrate might experience an error that states: “We’re sorry, the page you are looking for is not available right now. We apologize for the inconvenience. [The error continues to provide a phone number and support hours to contact].”

To troubleshoot the issue, please try the following steps:

  1. Attempt to sign in on the Discover website and update your MFA information, including your phone number.
  2. Stay logged in to the Discover website and attempt the migration in Quicken again.
  3. If this does not work, and you have already contacted Discover technical support and they are unable to help you, please contact Quicken technical support.
