Philadelphia Deferred Compensation drops decimal places and displays account in millions

I am an employee of the City of Philadelphia and use the Philadelphia Deferred Compensation (Philly457.com). Downloading the plan into Quicken for Mac yields bizzare values which are clearly linked to the decimal places being dropped in the number of shares per investment. Even when correcting this manually, the value in the sidebar remains off. Any ideas how to correct?

Click on one of the downloaded transactions and do Transactions > Show Inspector. In the Inspector window, look at the last line for Statement Amount. This is the transaction value as received from the financial institution. If it is wrong here, then Philly457.com is downloading the wrong value; if it is correct here and wrong in your Quicken register, then Quicken is incorrectly changing the amount (which is very rare). If the problem is that the downloaded value is wrong, you can try pursuing this directly with the financial institution, or reporting it to Quicken Support and trying to get them to have their connectivity provider reach out to the financial institution.
