I regret I must close my Account. Please HELP.

If you are trying to close an account in your Quicken file, first, backup your Quicken file, then follow the instructions in the article linked below to close the account: https://info.quicken.com/win/permanently-close-this-account#Permanentlyclosethisaccount?-Howtocloseanaccount
Please note that closing an account in your Quicken file does not have any impact on the actual account at the financial institution. It just marks the account as closed in Quicken.
