Quicken message states I do not have a subscription/ expired but I am good through Sept 2026

I can sign on to my Quicken web account (verified active subscription to Sept 2026), but I am not able to do anything as far as updates and synching accounts online. The message states my "subscription has expired" - but I verified it has not - what could be the issue?

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To start troubleshooting, navigate to Help>Check Subscription Status.

    You should see a pop-up verifying your subscription status.

    Once you see the pop-up confirming your subscription is up to date, test whether the issue is resolved.
