Vanguard VBTLX price is incorrect today

Vanguard VBTLX Total Bond Market Fund is showing up with a price of $1. It should be $9.86

I'm running windows Quicken with the latest subscription release.

    The correct closing price for VBTLX for 2/13, the last trading day, is $9.85 and that is what shows in my price history.

    Have you received correct prices in the past?

    Go to Tools > Security List and click on the security name. Click on More then Edit Price history. This will show the prices that Quicken has recorded. It should look like this

    Do you see the $1.00 there? What is the date? Does it have a High and Low price, or are they 0.00?
