Quicken Support Log-in Quicken MAC Support

For some unknown reason I'm finding that whenever I try to log into the quicken support portal as of late it keeps redirecting to Quicken Simplfi. I dont have a simplifi subscription so mu password is not accepted, can someone please fix this.

    It would be helpful if you told us HOW you're doing that log-in … so that we can reproduce the issue.
