Several of my credit card and bank accounts no longer have correct online balance
I am seeing this with my Chase credit cards and my SchoolsFirst FCU bank accounts. I used to simply reconcile to online balance but that's out of whack now. SchoolsFirst in Quicken shows a $5 online balance while actually going to the SFFCU on the web shows the balance $3500 correctly. Same with one of my Chase credit cards.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. Usually, if the online balance is incorrect, it's due to the data being sent to Quicken. Are there any pending transactions which would account for the discrepancy? Is the incorrect balance showing only in the reconcile screen, or are you also seeing it in the account register in Quicken?
