Chase Accounts are Messed Up

Hi, I was trying to see if I could move my data file from my desktop PC to another so I could use Quicken Deluxe on my laptop. I was able to successfully run and download transactions to my laptop. Then I just went back to my desktop PC and used the same data file I originally copied to my laptop. My vanguard accounts are fine but my chase accounts are coming in as new and my original accounts are no longer recognized. I tried deactivating and resetting (I get Chase log on error when resetting). I have years of transactions categorized for budgeting, etc. I can't simply start over. I tried going back to earlier backups as well. Same result. How do I get my original Chase accounts to work like before and pick up downloading from last update? Thanks
