Bill and Income Reminders Disappear

Once again you have closed out this discussion with no resolution. What gives here?!!!

Other people are having the same problem and you haven't fixed it, Very disappointing to a customer who has used your platform for over 20 years.

The problem has now gotten worse, because downloaded transactions now don't show as a match to my entries and I wind up with two entries instead of one,

@gport3 - This Quicken Community is not formal Quicken Support. It is a users forum for users discussions and where we do get some Quicken Moderator support. But this Community is not the primary method to report issues to the Quicken Development team. Formal Quicken Support request should be submitted in Quicken via Help > Report a Problem or via Chat or Phone ( Contact Quicken Support ).

In general, when a discussion thread has had no new posts by users for a period of about a month, the thread is assumed to have gone stale due to lack of activity. The thread is then closed out. If you want to keep a thread open make sure to post something in it at least once a month. (Recently the Moderators have begun to post inquiries in threads that have not shown recent activity asking if there is still an issue or question and cautioning that the threads will soon be closed if no response is received. I think this is a good improvement.)

Regarding the issue you are seeing: Please provide some more details.

    • What kind of Reminders are affected?
    • Do they have single categories or split categories?
    • Are any of the split category Reminders Paycheck Reminders?
    • Are the affected Reminders for one financial institution or for multiple financial institutions? If so, which one(s)?
    • Are the Reminders set up for manually entry or for automatic entry?
    • If the Reminders are manually entered, how far in advance do you typically enter them?
    • If the Reminders are automatically entered, how far in advance are they set to be entered?
    • Which version of Quicken are you using (see Help > About Quicken)?
    • Are there any old thread(s) that you would like to reference to provide some historical information? If so, please post the URL(s) here.
    • UPDATE 2/23, ADDED THIS: Are you using Quicken Mobile and/or Quicken on the Web?

Quicken Classic Premier (US) Subscription: R66.12 on Windows 11 Home

@gport3 There have been reports of pending transactions incorrectly matching reminders and causing the reminder to skip its next occurrence. I would try disabling pending transactions to see if your reminders stop skipping their next occurrence.

@Boatnmaniac thanks for your interest. Answering your questions

Bill and income reminders are all affected.

Most have single categories, such as utility bills or credit card payments.

Only the paycheck reminder has multiples.

Multiple financial institutes including Capital One, Citibank and TD Bank.

All reminders are set up for manual entry,

Usually entered 2 to 3 days in advance, but sometimes they post earlier than expected (before I have them in).

    No automatic entries.

Quicken Version R66.23 on Windows 11 HP laptop - just updated about 10 minutes ago, but was kept up-to-date until then also. Maybe, if I'm lucky, something in this latest update will fix this.

Have also sent in multiple logs and files.

Not using either Quicken Mobile or Quicken on the Web.
