I'm unable to upload my Life Insurance policy - I've tried several times and keep getting the same error message. See screenshot attached. Please help.

    Thank you for your reply,

To confirm it's not an issue with the file itself, please verify that you can open and review the file. If you are unable to open/view the file, I recommend getting another copy.

If you can open the file and review it without issues, then please answer these additional questions:

    • Are you seeing this error immediately when you try to attach the file?
    • What kind of item are you trying to attach it to (contacts, financial institutions, etc.)?
    • What is your internet's upload speed?

    Thank you!

I can open the file just fine on it's own. It "uploads" for awhile, says it's going AI Magic or something like that, then I get the error message. Entire process probably takes 60 seconds. I am trying to attach a Life Insurance policy. My internet upload speed is 850 Mbps.
