Re-occurring Items

I have a couple items that happen on a specific day of the month, which is not the same date each month. For example the second Monday of the month. I would be nice to be able to set that in the Bill Reminders. I currently set it for the earliest possible date, then later in the month, I have to adjust the date, so it matches the download.
