Why is Quicken for Mac not syncing with Fidelity Investments?

    • When did you first notice this issue?
    • Is this affecting multiple accounts with Fidelity?
    • Are you seeing any error messages/codes?
      • If not, then what behavior are you seeing?
    • What type of account are you seeing this issue with (401k, brokerage, etc.)?
    • When I check our internal tools, it looks like you recently tried reconnecting the account(s). Did that help at all?

    I have major issues with Fidelity downloads today missing key positions. My accounts were fine last week, major problems this week! I'll be calling tomorrow to find out why!

    Multiple Fidelity accounts are out of sync with Quicken for Mac. I have about 6 Fidelity accounts, 2 of them are wildly out of sync. They stopped syncing in late 2025. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the link. Nothing worked. I figured Quicken isn't interested in supporting the Mac version of the software so I'll just let my subscription end in two months.
