When I enter payee names, often the prefill will put in similar but different names for the same payee. Then, when I am using the "how much did I pay to" easy answer report, there is a list of multiple names for the same payee. I know I can go back to each register entry and consolidate the correct name, but is there a shortcut to help me to accomplish this?
