Canadian support challenged on what or how to buy
Had one of my most frustrating support exchanges trying to figure out which version i needed to buy for Canadian usage. If you go to the US site you have the new Simplifi and Classic, if you go to the Canadian website there is only Classic and no mention of Simplifi. After a very long conversation with support i got a confirmation that the web version supports US and CDN banks but no confirmation that the reporting with support CRA requirements. They gave me a 50% discount for my troubles and sent me on my way. The CDN website needs to be updated to point to the US website if this is the case for the Simplifi version.
