Organizing Improvements-make it easier to input and find subcontractor/vendor contact info [Edited]

I have Quicken Personal and Business and the LifeHub. They are great products, but what I would like to see in the personal and business ones is a way for me to input subcontractors' and/or vendors' contact details so that I can easily locate them to contact or even link transactions like supplies to them.

Can this be done?

This is not really an Idea for Improvement as the necessary functions already exist in Quicken for Windows at the HB&R feature level.

Contact Info is stored in Quicken within the Address Book.
When recording Customer Invoices or Vendor Invoices in their respective account registers, the customers' or vendors' address info is stored in the Address Book as well as the invoice records.
Customer Invoices can contain an optional Ship To address if, for example, you need to ship product to "XYZ Inc, Factory 1" but need to send invoices to "XYZ Inc, Accounting Dept."

Be sure to have settings related to storing and retrieving addresses enabled in Edit / Preferences / Data Entry & Quickfill
