Bank Of America online updates not working
My last download was on 02/22 but today is not working. I tried to disconnect my BOFA accounts and trying to reconnect them. Bank of America DOES NOT EVEN show by default on "most common banks" lol…but Ally bank does… sigh… When I search for it I just get Bank of America - not Bank of america all other states or Bank of America - Quicken, things I see from other posters here. Then my credentials fail even though I can connect both through chrome and exproer browser. Running out of my wits here with two lousy products. BOFA phone number for quicken support is a broken record of a garden variety instructions but none of them seems to be quicken.

I think that "Bank of America" is all you're supposed to see at this point.
Does your UserID and Password work when you open a browser and go directly to BofA's site? I did run into a problem there as they apparently wanted me to update my password - without saying so explicitly.
