Category Groups

in Business and Rental Property Tools (Windows)

I am using version r66.18. When I add a new category it does not give me any group options. I have tried using the edit option, the options tab, the sub-category option, all with no luck. I've read that quicken no longer uses groups as it used to. Just to be clear, the groups I am talking about are the Business inc/exp, personal inc/exp, rental inc/exp groups. Any thought?

    When I EDIT my category list, I'm shown the option of Group

    And even when I'm creating a new category, that "Group" is present. Are you not seeing that?

    If not, which Q product are you running? I suppose it's possible that the option isn't present in some products.

    I do not have that option. I must have had it at one point because I do have groups that I've set up and assigned and I remember doing it before. It's just not there now. I use Quicken Classic business & personal. It's the desktop version. R66.18. I just noticed that my subscription expired in December. I wonder if that is causing the issue.
