Mycardstatement CC-502 Error Message
For several weeks now I have had to validate my request with an OTP when I try to update Mycardstatement. I have deactivated and reactivated the account. And I still have to do the second validation.
However, today, Quicken asks for the type of OTP method, I select a method, and then nothing happens. I do not receive a text with the OTP. Instead, I am getting an error message of .CC-502. Has anyone else experienced this?
