Carlsbad, CA Utilities

This is an account that I used to have an eBill connection with and paid via Bills&Income. Now I cannot make a connection because Quicken does not recognize "Carlsbad, CA Utilities". This is since there was the switch in eBill connections. Is there any chance that it will eventually be resolved?

    Hello @jobworker,

    Thank you for reaching out! If you haven't already done so, please try these steps from our article about the change in service providers:

    What if my biller doesn’t appear when trying to reconnect?

    If you can’t find your biller, double-check the spelling and try different versions of the biller’s name. If your biller still isn’t available, it likely isn’t supported by the new provider yet. You can still track it by setting up a manual bill reminder or a scheduled transaction. Manual bills are based on estimates and, while they won’t automatically update with the exact amount, they are a reliable way to stay on top of your bills and forecast your cash flow.

    Is there any chance that it will eventually be resolved?

    Our service provider is working to expand the number of billers they support. However, we do not have a list of which billers they are working to add, nor do we have any ETA.

    I hope this helps!

    @Quicken Kristina

    I have tried all the steps you suggested, so I assume that your service providers have not got to looking at Carlsbad Utilities yet. The name is correct because that is what it used to work by. I am handling the account fine but it would be nice to get it work on Bills & Income again. I will be patient.
