Manual bills getting corrupted when online bills are connected

So many problems with online bills and the biller connections.
I reported a related problem with Manual Bills as well.
If you have ANY online billers set and use one-step update to try to update them, certain unrelated Manual Bills will also get corrupted when running One-Step update.
The specific scenario I tested repeatedly is that if you have a manual bill reminder with routine scheduling (such as monthly), and you edit ONE of the instances (say to set a special $ amount for that month)… that single instance of the recurring manual bill gets corrupted when One-Step Update is run for the unrelated Online Bills.
Usually the Category for the manual bill gets removed.. and usually the $ amount gets set back to $0.00.
Running VALIDATE tries to correct the manual bill, but generally it has to be rebuilt.

Your mileage may vary.. but this was reproducible in my file.
I'm just avoiding online bills completely for the time being.

The corruption to manual bills doesn't happen if you don't include "Online Bills" in your One-Step update routine.

Thank you for sharing your experience. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

• When did you first notice this issue?
• Was there anything that happened around the same time, such as a program/computer update or crash?
• Is your Quicken file located directly on your local hard drive?
• Is your Quicken file synced with any cloud service, such as iCloud, OneDrive, or Dropbox?
• Does this happen exclusively to manual bills that have had the upcoming instance edited?
