Quicken mac v8.5 Bank of America connection down errors

Quicken Mac v8.5 Bank of America connection is down. QMac 8.5 won't log in to the Bank of America errors. See my error data logs sent to Quicken support.

    Thank you for sharing the issue you’re experiencing and for providing your log files.

    I was able to confirm that the error you’re seeing is related to a known issue. Bank of America may restrict third-party authorization to the primary account holder, which can prevent a successful connection.

    If the accounts are joint, please try reconnecting using the primary account holder’s online banking credentials. If that’s not possible, during the reauthorization process, try selecting and authorizing one account at a time.
