Sallie Mae Care Code: FDP-155

Getting this message fro Sallie Mae for the past week or so, along with the message:

"Please visit the Sallie Mae Bank web site to see what’s going on."

Care Code: FDP-155

Is this a known issue to Quicken Classic for Mac, and if so, is there a resolution planned?

I know that Sallie Mae is about to implement two factor authentication, so wondering if the lack of Quicken access is related.
