We’re aware of an issue with Sallie Mae connections.
Some customers are seeing errors when trying to connect or refresh accounts with Sallie Mae Bank or Sallie Loan. Depending on the platform, the errors may appear as FDP-105 or CC-505.
Our teams have escalated this issue and it’s currently under investigation. While we don’t yet have an estimated time for a fix, we’ll share updates here as soon as they’re available.
