Is anyone else still having download issues of transactions with Axos Bank? CTP-14649
Am I the only one here that is still not able to download transactions and add new bank accounts at Axos Bank?
The previous discussion thread was closed but there wasn't any updates prior to it being closed. The issue ticket was CTP-14649. Quicken has not resolved this problem and I have not been able to download any transactions or add new accounts since last September, 2025. To say the least, I am very frustrated with Quicken, their lack of responses and closing discussion threads that haven't been resolved.
Quicken…….do you have an update and expected time frame this will be resolved after 6 months?
Thanks

[Removed - Rant] It's beyond frustrating; it's taking this long to fix the download issue while paying for a service I am not able to use. Please escalate this internally at Quicken and let me know their response. Thanks

Download the transactions as a Quicken QFX file from the Axos website and import it into Quicken until the issue is resolved. You can find the download link from the Transactions tab.

Thank you for your replies,
The issue has already been escalated. I understand that it's frustrating that the issue has been going on for so long without any updates or resolution. The last update I can see on the ticket is that our service provider is working with the financial institution to resolve the issue.
Thank you for sharing that importing QFX files to update Axos accounts works! Hopefully, that information will help others who are affected by this issue.
Thank you!

@Quicken Kristina , do you have any updates? I still cannot connect Quicken to my Axos Bank accounts. This should have been fixed/resolved over 5 months ago.
Thanks

@Quicken Kristina , are there any updates to a fix for this issue with Axos Bank?

Hi @Lkyner,
Thanks for following up. I checked ticket CTP-14649, and there are no new updates at this time.
This issue involves multiple parties—Quicken, the aggregation service provider, and the financial institution—which adds complexity and may impact the resolution timeline.
Thank you for your understanding.

I, too, still have the same issue and haven't seen or heard from either Q or Axos for quite awhile. Is there any progress being made, or as important, is anyone at Q working the problem?

Thank you for adding to this discussion and posing this question.
After reviewing the escalation ticket, there are no new updates at this time. The fact that an escalation ticket is open indicates that, yes, this is being worked on. Quicken is not the only entity involved in the investigation of this issue. It looks like Quicken is currently, and has been for some time, waiting on a response from the financial institution Axos.
Hope this helps!

Hi Alyssa,
Thanks for your comment above, however, I question whether or not AXOS is working on this issue. I contacted them a couple times LAST YEAR and two different support people at AXOS said that the issue was not theirs, but was Quicken's to solve. I wonder if they are still operating with this attitude or have really decided to participate in working towards a solution.

Thank you for following up.
I can understand where you are coming from on that. I don't have any information on that either way. I have shared the only information we have available to us at this time.
Thanks again.
