Some of my paycheck splits are ending up duplicated in my register

I have frequently finding my HSA split extracted from my paycheck and duplicated in my register.

The split still remains in the original paycheck transaction.

Here is the split as it is now.

And then here it is on the next line.

I keep finding these.

I'm running Quicken Classic Premier R66.23 (just updated tonight) Build 27.1.66.23 on Windows 11.

Thanks.

Do you have the HSA deduction recorded as a memorized transaction on it's own? Perhaps as a contribution into the HSA account.

And, when you say "on the next line", is that the next transaction in the banking account where your paycheck is deposited, or the next line in the HSA … meaning that the $406.25 appears twice in the HSA?

No, I saw it first when I was reconciling my HSA account and saw the duplicate deposit. I followed the transfer back to my checking and filtered by my employer name.

So, to answer your second question… yes. It's showing two transfers, one from the paycheck and one from the extra transfer that appeared. I do not have a separate scheduled or memorized transaction.
