Problem solved: Since I'm a Mac user, Safari is my default browser. Even with the boxes unchecked for blocking popups, etc. I couldn't get Discover accounts linked back to Quicken. So in desperation, I changed my default browser to Chrome and got everything from Discover Card and Discover Bank updated. I don't use Chrome except for government accounts that seem to hate Safari, but its worked here so until there's another fix that will allow Safari to do the same task, I'll be using Chrome with Quicken.
