Unable to add Chase Bank accounts
Using Windows Quicken Version R66.23; Build 27.1.66.23 - Trying to add Chase accounts - attempts result in Chase verification of account connection, but no accounts show up in Quicken app.
Installation results with Connection with Chase Bank and message that "Chase accounts have been authorized," followed by Quicken message that "Sign in to Chase Bank Failed. Try Again"
I have the latest Windows and Quicken updates. Worked with Quicken support for nearly 2 hours with no resolution. Tried turning off all firewalls; using Edge and Chrome; uninstalled Norton; changed Microsoft User; Set up new Quicken account; even backed up Quicken version to December 25. Anyone have a solution??

Hello @lindatonya,
Thank you for coming to the Community to report the issues you are experiencing when trying to add Chase accounts. I am sorry to hear that our support team was unable to get this resolved when you spoke with them.
After reviewing your connections internally, I am not seeing any errors, and all connections look good. Are you still experiencing this?
If so, please provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Looking forward to your response!
Quicken Alyssa
