Optimize Rental Receipts

The rental receipt function is very helpful and allows for an easy way to send a tenanat a receipt in the the digital channel. The functionality would be even more effective is if the receipt allowed for adding line items for other items (i.e. utilities, deposit, and late fees). Additionally, it would help if the character limit for the message from owner block, were increased.
