I have some follow-up questions for you:
- When did this issue begin?
- Are you running any VPN, antivirus, or malware software like Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, or Intego?
- Have you rebooted your computer recently?
- Are you receiving an error that the database cannot be converted?
- When does this error occur? Is it when you try opening Quicken, or when performing a certain action in Quicken?
- What Operating System are you running?
Additionally, providing a screenshot of the error/message you are seeing may be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
