Can I use Quicken Classic with a H&B Data File?

I have Quicken Classic with a current subscription. My wife has been using Quicken Classic Business and Personal, but the renewal lapsed a couple of years ago.

Can I use my subscription so that she is up to date? It seems like I would need to install the same version I have (Quicken Deluxe) on to her machine. Then use that to open her data file. Would this work? Would I need to convert the data file or would that simply not work?

Since you have a subscription you can install Quicken Classic Deluxe on as many different computers as you want.

If you install your Deluxe edition on her computer, then her Business & Personal file can be used as Deluxe just like you use your Deluxe data file. There is no conversion needed. She will not lose the Business & Personal-unique data but it will be read-only.

All you need to do is to download and install the software to her computer. During the installation she will need to enter your Quicken ID and PW. Then she can use the software to open her Business & Personal data file.
