Investment (and cash) transaction currency conversions
Currently some investment transactions that involve a currency exchange rate allow you to put the final amounts onto both sides of the transaction without using an exchange rate. This feature allows both sides of the ledger to balance properly. Some transactions, however, only allow an exchange rate to be entered and rounding errors mean one side of the ledger may not balance, forcing a manual adjustment on the transfer destination (typically).
It would be great if every transaction that involved a currency exchange in a transfer (such as a stock sale in $USD account with funds going directly to $CAD, or vice versa, or a corresponding purchase) had that option, like when you move cash between accounts with different currencies. Maybe make it consistent with the pop-up rather than radio buttons in the transaction window. I can't remember all of the instances where you can only enter an exchange rate, but definitely on the buy/sell side of stocks in different currencies.
